As Manager of Operations and a Senior Travel Expert, I oversee each program with precision and care. From the first inquiry to the final airport transfer, my role is to make sure every detail is aligned. Hotels are confirmed correctly. Transfers run on time. Experiences reflect what was promised. Behind every smooth journey is careful coordination, and that is where I focus my energy.
Sri Lanka offers incredible diversity within a small island. The cultural depth of Sigiriya and Kandy, the colonial charm of Galle, the scenic tea hills of Nuwara Eliya, and the vibrant life of Colombo each destination has its own rhythm. My responsibility is to design journeys that connect these experiences naturally, without rush or confusion.
I work closely with international travel partners and individual travelers who expect clarity and reliability. My approach is simple. Listen carefully. Plan thoroughly. Monitor continuously. Resolve quickly. Travel should feel effortless for the guest, even though it requires detailed work behind the scenes.
For me, success is not measured by the number of bookings handled. It is measured by the trust placed in me and the confidence travelers feel throughout their journey.
